Bud Shearer, Owner
With 33 years of experience in the hospitality, healthcare and commercial laundry markets, Bud has extensive experience in washroom quality and service. He has worked extensively with all the new laundry technologies like ozone and water recycling. He was involved with linen selection and testing for many of the large corporate chains. He also setup standardized service programs for most of the major hotel chains to insure proper efficiency.
Dannie Torres, Owner
Dannie has 45+years of experience in the commercial and resort laundry business. His most recent operational experience was overseeing the design, construction, and operation of three operating laundries located at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Dannie links real operational experience with design and project management.
Howie Fackelman
Howie has nearly 30+ years of experience in the commercial and resort laundry business. Before joining Textile Strategies, he worked for Walt Disney World® and during his career there, was the manager at each of the three linen plants (Uniforms, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping). Howie also has experience as a Housekeeping Manager. He is well equipped to plan, train and operate any laundry operation.
